مواعيد العمل بقسم التصديقات:Opening Hours in the Legalization Department  

 

 

أولاً: التصديق على المستندات الواردة من ج.م.ع :

للتصديق على المستندات المصرية، يرجى تصديقها من السفارة البريطانية فى جمهورية مصر العربية.

 

ثانياً: التصديق على المستندات البريطانية:

1.    يتم التصديق عليها من الخارجية البريطانية أولاً:

2.    ثم التصديق عليها من القنصلية المصرية فى مواعيد العمل الرسمية

3.    يبلغ رسم التصديق على المستندات التجارية 44 جنيه استرلينى، يتم سدادها نقداً أو بحوالة بريدية

4.    يبلغ رسم التصديق على المستندات غير التجارية 20 جنيه استرلينى، يتم سدادها نقداً أو حوالة بريدية

5.    يمكن إرسال المستندات لقسم التصديقات للتصديق عليها عن طريق البريد:

·        يجب إرسال المستند مصدقاً عليه من الخارجية البريطانية

·        وحوالة بريدية من مكتب البريد البريطانى بالرسوم المطلوبة

·        ومظروف جاهز لإعادة المستندات بحيث يكون عليه العنوان الخاص بكم وعليه طوابع بريدية. يفضل إستخدام نظام Special Delivery أو Recorded Delivery

·        القنصلية لا تتحمل مسئولية لفقدان المستندات المرسلة عن طريق البريد

6. بالنسبة لرسوم التصديق على عقود البيع، يجب إرسال صورة من العقد للقنصلية عن طريق الفاكس أو البريد الإليكتروني لتحديد قيمة الرسم النسبى التى سيخضع لها العقد 

 

 

 

Legalization of documents:

I.                  Egyptian Documents must be legalized first from the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs

 

II.               British documents must be legalized from the UK-Foreign Office:

1.     For Commercial documents, Fees GBP44 per document

2.     Non Commercial documents, Fees GBP20 per document

3.     Regarding the legalization of Sales Contract, you need to send a copy of the document by fax or email, to be able to inform you about the fees required

 

If sending documents by post, kindly make it FOR THE ATTENTION OF THE LEGALIZATION SECTION and enclose the following :

1.     The document, already legalized by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office;

2.     The EXACT amount of fees to be sent by Postal Orders ONLY, made payable to “The Egyptian Consulate” (WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES)

3.     A Self-Addressed return Envelope - with name and full address written clearly in BLOCK CAPITAL Letters - with enough stamps to return the envelope either by Registered or Recorded Delivery (not regular post) - we recommend that you use Special Delivery Postal Service.

4.     Please note that the Egyptian Consulate in London holds no responsibility for the loss of documents sent by Post
